• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge, only by contacting the hostel directly. Bookings may not be cancelled or amended through this website.
• Deposits are non refundable in the event of you cancelling or amending a booking.
• If you no-show without cancellation or cancel your booking within 48 hours of arrival, the hostel will charge your credit / debit card for the first night’s stay.
• Every effort is made to ensure that hostels process your bookings correctly, though in the unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you is limited to the deposit paid only. It is the sole responsibility of the hostel to provide you with the accommodation and / or other services reserved.
